27:29 - world is hardly a better place for having more humans, whether happy or not. It all comes at the cost of destruction of the rest of life, and cannot be any other way. Economy of humanity may not be a zero-sum game, but economy of nature is. All the resources we consume for any purpose, including lifting people out of poverty and making them happier, we steal from nature and other species, and considering our current numbers and insanely elevated needs, or rather wants, it cannot come without destruction to the biosphere, even if we managed to totally eliminate inequality and capitalist exploitation.
Also, needless to say, happiness isn't a constant in any animal (including human) life, while suffering totally is. There can be a life lived without any happiness at all, while their cannot be a life lived without any suffering. Add to that that measures of both, especially happiness, are very questionable and subjective...
