Yeah, there is a difference between on the one hand, involuntary celibate men, who are actually in such situation due to social anxiety, mental health problems, disability and other problems, but try to improve their situation as they can, and on the other hand, internet incel movement, who just amplify insecurities and mental problems of each other, convince each other there is no hope for them and blame women for everything

@potluck712 all protein and fat is made of the same amino acids and fatty acids, no matter whether it comes from animals, plants, fungi etc., yeah, you can have enough protein and fat from plants, if you properly plan your diet, plus there are nowadays vegan products supplemented with vitamins like vitamin D and others, which usually are found only in animal products. Most of protein humanity gets from plants nowadays anyway even though animal agriculture takes 83% of all agricultural land.
I am not saying this with idea that everyone should just run and become a vegan, I know it can be hard, not always people can find diverse enough plant foods where they live with reasonable prices. I am myself a vegetarian, and cannot become vegan so far. But stop spreading misinformation about protein in diets. Animals protein doesn't have some magical properties, it is as good as plant proteins etc. All protein is made of the same 20 amino acids in all living organisms

@Bitterkind because in my area it would cost me more since some plant products I would need to substitute animal ones are rather rare and expensive here, or I simply won't get all necessary vitamins/fatty acids. Plus dairy yogurts and some other dairy products are the only things that help me with my constant digestion problem. I already don't eat eggs, I don't like them.
Also, I can hardly manage my time and I hate cooking, I mean really HATE, so I eat things only which are very fast and easy to cook or which don't need cooking. In fact some time ago I had a hard time getting enough food while being vegetarian, and reverted to meat-eating for some time, but I had an allergy on either some meat itself or spice, which is frequently used on meat in restaurants here, so I decided if I cannot eat it there, I should just become vegetarian again, I won't cook meat myself anyway
