  3. Life standards in small towns should be as good as in big cities, yet in many countries that is not like that. In my country too, difference between life in the capital and life in the village is like between first world and third world. That should change

  4. At least people should stop overcrowding already big cities. And for that life standards in small towns should be good. And fertility rate everywhere should be 2.0-2.1 not more

  5.  @BubbleBlacKa  during ww2 there were still births in USSR, just in smaller numbers than before and after. So that would not be the same as if people stopped having any kids at all for 20 years
