ACtually yeah noone is going to attack Russia, or any other country with any nukes, that should be obvious, however main reason that Russia can't collapse is that poverty of most of its regions is in fact what is making them dependent on the federal government and prevents them from ever going independent. People from abroad don't get it

  4. I am Russian and I think if the government had its priorities straight, it should have just made all railroads high-speed. Instead of current slow crappy nonsense. Then travelling in the country would be faster, easier. And internal plane routes could be subsidisied, so that trip to Far East didn't cost as much as trip to fking Maldives
