  1. Sorry, but if you don't live in a place for 2000 years, and then your descendants go to live there again, it doesn't make you indigenous in any sense of the word. The same way I can go to Africa and say that my ancestors lived there 😂

  2. Blood quantum also can depopulate tribes. Noone can breed only within one tribe for generations without inbreeding, so the only way yo maintain blood quantum is literally biologically dangerous for small groups

  3. ​ @tinagoli5375  except Cornish and Welsh are still colonised in a way, and their languages and cultures have been reduced in usage significantly due to history of colonisation and deliberate effort to substitute them with English. Take into account significant percentages of people in both places who identify as English only
