  1. The really inconvenient truth is that population growth is huge reason for most ecological and other problems. That is what even people who do not deny climate change do not want to admit.

  2. Seriously, I do not like humanity. If its future is doomed, I am not very saddened by that fact. And I myself will not live so long as to see the most catastrophic results of climate change. (And, no, I dont want to have kids, why would I take part in producing more humans if I do not like humanity?) And biosphere actually survived much worse catastrophes and mass extinction events.
