  1.  @HexaSquirrel  still saying "Russia did it" is as wrong as saying "Moscow did it". First of all the ruling party had influential members from different parts of USSR. Second of all, most people in Russia and in Moscow had absolutely no say in the decisions like that. Such title induces plenty of xenophobic responses.

  12. You can count similar amounts of horrible consequences of capitalism in the world. Or even more. The problem is people willingness to sacrifice environment for short-term gains. It can happen in both economic systems.
