  2. partially women put themselves into such situation when they don't assert equal division of household labor early on. They keep putting up with men doing less for too long and then it becomes the norm. Also I am biased but I believe in 90+% cases women's life quality decreases a lot when they have bio-kids, and the only reason why majority of women want kids so much is pro-natalist brainwashing in the society which starts from their own childhood.
