Hi I live in Saint Petersburg and Vyborg, and at first I was in depression and panic, because of the conflict, sanctions but more so because do many people around me believed the state propaganda and because government started to suppress freedoms of people even more. With time I managed to calm down, and distract myself. I want to say if you can emigrate, that wouldn't be a bad decision at all, I would if not for my old parents, my social anxiety etc.
