  1.  bob tom  moron, a significant proportion of Russian population is not "white", Russia has more than 150 local ethnicities, a significant amount of them are not white, some of those occupy large territory. Ever heard of Yakutia? It is as big as India. Try to go there and tell them about "whiteness", you won't have many teeth left
