Many Americans are still delulu and think their country is "the greatest in the world" even though they have people dying because insulin is too expensive or because insurance companies denied to pay for their healthcare. They pay tens of thousands of dollars just to give birth in a hospital and go into medical debt after any small injury or sudden illness.
