  1. It is not worth it and never was. Life is suffering and human species is shitty. But you know what is worth it? You! Yourself! Live and try for better for yourself, don't ask whether the world is worth it or whether it needs you, you need yourself, and that is enough! That is what I realised after years and years of depression. In the worst time I saved myself by seeking help only because I started to think about myself finally, and not the rest of the world
