  1. Then why not give full constitutional rights to all vertebrates? Even fish have more mental capacity than human embryos during first weeks of development. And if he supports giving rights to zygotes too, then we also should give said rights to all living organisms, including unicellular ones, to cell cultures and to tumours. Why not? If a cell can have constitutional rights, all cells should have constitutional rights! Otherwise it would be discrimination.Also, that means we should try to save still living cells from a dead person's body, cause many cells live for days after brain death.And I should add, if he thinks that it is ok to force people to share their organisms with another people, if that can save lives, then shouldnt it also mean that we can force people to donate one of their kidneys, force them to donate blood and so on?
