  10. My periods were not very painful at first but then I started to get such a bad pain on first day of period that I almost lost consciousness. Then I got prescribed birth control, and it helped! That is why different types of birth control should be accessible to everyone. It is healthcare. We, AFAB people are often denied the necessary healthcare because "nothing can be done about natural biological function". Except it can! Modern medicine can and should provide healthcare to reduce pain and side effects during periods, pregnancy, childbirth and menopause. But society wsnts to control our fertility so badly, that we often get denied many options of doing what we need or want with our bodies
