@hahahano2796 don't talk about science, if you knew anything about science you would never use phrase "unborn child". That is an oxymoron. Nervous system starting to form isn't enough to be granted any rights, other wise you would have to give rights to any living being with any nervous system, like fish for example. They certainly have more complex nervous system than an embryo at 17 days. What is a threshold is when nervous system is developed enough to actually feel anything, and that is estimated at around 20 weeks.

@arialifeless actually yeah, more than half young adults in America now live with parents. And I don't understand the stigma anyway, in my country a significant amount of people have families while still living with parents, it is actually the norm across most of the world, and infinitely better than dumping one's parents to a facility, just cause you have this messed up ideal of nuclear family as only 2 generations living together

@Mrrobot951 yeah, "circumstances" being mother's life in danger. That is the only circumstance of third trimester abortion bring allowed almost anywhere.

@hulkaiden6178 if in order to have an abortion you need to prove that life is in danger, proving that may take too much time, and it may be too late. That is why "exemptions don't work". Proving assault is not always possible, and proving danger to life can be hard and take too much time
