I once thought about the idea that "everything has a reason/cause", and my conclusion was that it works in our usual world, but in extreme conditions (like the start of the universe, or multiverse, or any space-time) it doesn't have to be so. Like many "laws of nature", which turned out not to be followed in different circumstances, like Newton's law of gravity, which is only an approximation, and doesn't work if the speed is really very huge or gravity very strong

The questions starting with "why", just don't always make sense. As I know there are languages that don't even have the word "why". I have read someone who travelled in Australia write that one of indigenous ethnic groups they met said, they don't have such word in their language, and when someone asks them any "why" question in English they don't answer. It is a kind of cultural taboo. If there is an explanation for something, it will be shared when time comes, if there is no explanation, then there just isn't any. Maybe I misunderstood something, but that is what I read about
