  1.  Mor Dor  Religions does not play as big role in Russia nowadays as it does in many other historically Christian nations. I know an atheist from Christian Orthodox family who married Muslim Tatar woman, and both their families had no problem with it

  2. Huh the stereotype that ethnic Slavic Russians can only be light-haired and blue-eyed exists even in Russia. So many people didn't believe that I am ethnic Russian throughout my whole life cause I have dark brown eyes and almost black hair! For the country which "defeated nazism" there are surprising amount of people with prejudice based on appearance, race and ethnicity here.
