  2. Whether we have free will depends on whether there are non-conscious processes in the brain which always determine conscious decisions. And if there are those processes, we dont have real free will. And if it is so, we will have to talk about it, no matter what consequences are. You cannot lie simply because you think lie will make people better. But, yeah, I think we still dont know whether we really have free will. There is not enough evidence
