  17. Star Trek? I hardly see that as utopia. Surely, on Earth wars and other ugly stuff ended, but they persist on a larger scale. Wars, slave trade and conquest in Star Trek are on a galactic scale. Maybe, a real consequence of civilization dominating the galaxy. Civilizations are overrated. They bring more destruction than good, and are pretty unstable. Would be better if such systems never rose above planetary level
