Yup his family got rich and gave him his education by exploiting South African resources and people, and I notice Musk almost never mentions South Africa, never expresses any patriotism towards it, or desire to help humanitarian causes there.. seems like lack of gratitude! At the same time he goes on and on about how 'Murica is "the greatest country" 🤦

  4. Star Trek? I hardly see that as utopia. Surely, on Earth wars and other ugly stuff ended, but they persist on a larger scale. Wars, slave trade and conquest in Star Trek are on a galactic scale. Maybe, a real consequence of civilization dominating the galaxy. Civilizations are overrated. They bring more destruction than good, and are pretty unstable. Would be better if such systems never rose above planetary level
