Because "whiteness" is a made up concept, created to artificially separate the dominant population group from the subjugated groups. If the concept of blackness was invented the same way and for the same reason, then it would be fair to treat is the same.

@bobbyduggart4493 Finns and Hungarians are not Indo-European, nor are Mari, Tatar, Basque etc. While plenty of non-whites like many groups in India are Indo-European. Again you try to substitute one definition for another. "White =\= "Indo-European"
