@pianogirl3870 He influenced me to get a carbon steel pan too, I got mine from REI. Because of Scott I also got cast iron enamel coated pans I do like (but wouldn’t pay for the good ones) and a expresoo aropress as well as a spatula like his. He is a good mentor!

@ that could very well be. I got mine at World Market for $50. Since vinegar is an acid I’m guessing that would be bad for it even though it cuts. I heard sprinkling salt helps cut but that might scratch. So for mine I have to settle for soaking, it’s just not an easy thing if traveling in a van.
