The beta supervisor can shower them with attention and be a complete simp and they'll still be friendly towards the beta. Even hang out and have dinner with their "boss." The non-supervisor who she's actually attracted to but doesn't talk to much because the alpha non-supervisor ignores her and focuses on his work doesn't get the same love as the beta simp supervisor in the workplace. The beta supervisor can even come across as a hater of the alpha non-supervisor and she'll still kiss the supervisor's ass even if she's annoyed by him and trying to get in the non-supervisor's pants. Basically, some women will break rules for betas depending on the situation and environment.
