  2. I'm getting a dark smoke. Its barely noticeable but it does coat the rear bumper just above the tail pipe. Car still passes CA smog but it burns through 2 quarts of oil every 3k miles. I know it's not running rich because the air/fuel mixture is stoic.

  3.  @ricksimpson2167  thanks for replying. I've used marvel mystery oil, seafoam and engine restore. It does slow the oil consumption down a little. I also have a brand new pcv valve. But this v6 still consumes oil like it's gas.
