Correct me if I am wrong, but debate was about the NHS in the UK, not the US. And you made not reference to the US. Are Americans so arrogant that the entire world is supposed to know about the American system?

The problem is that anti-working class "free market" politicians and the client media undermine the NHS and have created the problem, and now - when the Truss government and her oligarchs and backers have wrecked the economy and the NHS, the policies they come up with are to privatise the NHS, to hand over more capital to investors and shareholders. Mark Steyn is anti-working class and propagandist of a capitalist class that is intent on destroying the UK by the greed of the oligarchs and the off-shore billionaires that control the Truss government, and promote disaster capitalism.
