  1.  @dalecrocker3213  Explain. The RNLI runs 238 lifeboat stations, 431 lifeboats and 5,500 volunteer crew members, plus 1,500 lifeguards patrolling over 240 UK beaches. It survives on no government funding, and the charitable donations it receives do not cover the costs involved. Look at it this way: it is ROYAL, it is NATIONAL, its members helped with the DUNKIRK EVACUATION. If any any institution is rightly esteemed in the UK it is the RNLI. Why then do petty-minded keyboard warriors think they are on the right side of this culture war? Lining gangsters' pockets? Pathetic!
