  2. She’s obviously innocent . You are making an appeal to common sense: a fallacy. As for the your claim about the NHS, you are making a massive generalisation. I would like to ask you ask you, and you should answer simply for making such claims: how much of the ten-month trial did you actually witness ? There is an awful lot of confirmation bias, on both sides, but neither side can provide substantial evidence either way. That is, of course, a presumption of innocence, but how can a jury that had sat listening to evidence for ten months come to the a wrong decision ?
