  1. Hi Kyle, caulking looks great. Watching you took me down memory lane, caulking the logs for our log home. We made caulking “spoons” out of copper pipe, worked great! Your spatula worked well. About your new home, I agree with someone here who recommended a shouse. I was surprised to hear you say “ I said I’d never build another log house.” I don’t recall that. But, it is a lot of work and can be expensive to maintain. It’s fun researching and making the decision, though. Enjoy!

  2. Lots of shouses around where I live in Otter Tail County, MN. They are a great option. I love my log home, though.
