  8. This is a stretch. A huge stretch. Cuz first of all you've lumped in Northern Africa which has more in common politically, culturally and economically with the Middle East than with Sub-saharan Africa. And also, putting aside confidence and stability, the two main things that are needed for growth through foreign investment like China, bro Sub-Saharans countries have different laws, policies, systems of governance etc that you can't just lump them all in together and throw blatant generalizations. There is alot, I mean alot, I mean too many assumptions in your argument to be drawing up economic conclusions. But I agree with one thing, our population levels and growth rates in Africa is a nightmare that threatens all the progress we've made so far.
