  30. Also another issue with subsidized fertilizer is the low quality and wrong fertilizer in the first place. Like DAP. Kenyan soils are so acidic but for some reason DAP is still being subsidized.

  31. Most of the blame should be on the ministry and KEBS. As an extention guy I can tell you all NCPB does is receive, distribute and market the materials. The entre system is even cashless even. I don't think vetting suppliers is the board's job. Nice report tho and about time you guys opened an mpesa donation platform...

I am talking about the Kenyan complacency that allows the ministry of lands and the judiciary to just get away with all of this. Swipe it as "hii ni kenya", "corruption is just another Tuesday". You watch Africa uncensored enough, you come to question yourself: "How does a democracy with 80% literacy rate let all this f@!$ery continue with impunity" And the answer is Kenyans' false sense of security, that is one massive societal shock away from being blown apart. Until then complacency continues and kenyans remain stupid.
