Actual poor people by definition compared to rich people In America it's more of the uber rich gaining waaaaaaaaaay more than the gains of the average middle to low income American And low income Americans have very different living standards compared with low income South Africans In terms of actual living standards, South Africa is the most unequal in the world...in terms of wealth and capital America is the second according to this vid

  16. I don't think the American govt. has ever followed Keynesian Economics to it's core.... Sure, in times of depressions and crises it comes to bail out companies and reduce taxes to stimulate consumption but in periods of Economic booms it fails to squeeze it in such as regulating consumption and higher taxes or whatever...
