  1. When testing for hand tools, it would be good to start adding in Amazon Basics into the mix. Given that Amazon is now selling tons of hand tools, and is basically available to everyone in the USA (it's just as easy to order from Amazon vs going to Wally World, HD, or Lowes). For example, an Amazon Basics 1/2" Drive Click Torque Wrench (20-150ft lbs), it's $34.48. That's a hard price to beat... with a 4.3 out of 5 stars, and 5,614 reviews as of today. While I typically like German or Japanese tools, but for the rare case I need a torque wrench, $35 seems like a deal.
