  1. These all suck... esp if someone has a wide neck, or sensitive skin. I think they used to make a cheapie version (similar, but even cheaper than Scurry) with tiny fans on bendy arms... that is much better because it's 1) lighter around the neck, 2) you can direct the fans to near infinite directions, and 3) it's cheap. The only downside is that the fans aren't that powerful.
