  1. For that price, it's basically a totaled car. If the part is $2,500... and a dash teardown and install prob is over $1,500 in labor. That doesn't even take account for the other repairs made. That's $4K+ in repairs for a 2007 Rav4? Might as well just have kept it non-rotating vents... assuming everything else works fine.
