I think she's cooked. She prob had some pictures of Iger doing something... and that's why her contract get's keeping renewed. It might be the reason why Iger came back and knifed his protege in the back. However, her current contract expires at the end of the year... and Iger is half way out the door already. No incoming CEO will want to be saddled with someone they didn't pick themselves for such an important position... so it's extremely unlikely her contract will get renewed (even if she convinces Iger to give her a contract, she'll get fired by the new person anyways, and does she want to be embarrassed that way?). So as a result, long suffering fans get a two-fer... both Iger and Kennedy are out.
