  1. The problem is that "high quality" men choose young women who are nice. These are not qualities an older woman can never offer (once you get old, you are old). A successful man does not need (or even want) a successful woman. So therefore, a successful older woman is not what a successful man is looking for, or even wants. So these women are trying to look for someone who does not exist.
