  1. That guy who works at MSFT just won the lottery. Working in the US means he's going to make 4x-5x more money (he's maybe making 500,000 yuan today ($70,000 USD)... that same job is prob $300,000 USD (2,100,000 yuan), get stock grants worth a million yuan a year, and an oppty to get US permanent Visa. What's not to to go the USA (unless PRC government won't allow it)?
