  1. LOL... they've been saying this about 3 Gorges Dam every rainy season for the last 10 years. It's always going to collapse... every year.

  2. @cerberus2881 Who knows how old those pics are on YT. Downstream has been flooded often... and I would expect people who have been flooded many many times since 2003 would've planned that it floods each year. From what I can tell is the opening of floodgates up stream without notification to people downstream... which is bad, because it's a controlled flash food which resulted i people being away, and residents not able to evacuate.
