  1. The one guy who says only speculators are hurt, and that if a home price drops by 1 million yuan doesn't matter for those who live in the homes. The problem is the people living in that home is now overpaying 1 million yuan to live in that home, vs using that money for future retirement, investing in a business, raising a child, or buying goods to stimulate the economy. Talk from short sighted, uneducated people who sound convincing will only fool the stupid.
