  7. Even if this person is arrested and goes to trial, I would give it 50/50 he would get convicted. To get twelve people to agree on anything these days is really really hard. All he has to do is wear a Trump shirt, and it's hung jury.

  8. i doubt there's any questioning... if he's got a ounce of intelligence, he would lawyer up. Given they haven't arrested him, they don't have a lot of evidence against him (yet).
