  1. He still hasn't learned anything. While he is now saying he want's peace... which is great. But he goes on to specifically thank the Baltic states, but not Europe or America. He's learned nothing. Ultimately, for security, Ukraine is going to have to allow a couple of NATO or EU country military bases in country with troops patrolling the border. It's going to be like North/South Korea demilitarized zone. It's basically EU (not Americans) soldiers being human shields.
