  1. The problem these days is that there are bots submitting hundreds or thousands of resumes, often with 99.8% not qualified for the position. I doubt most of these absurd job postings are real, since if you applied, and didn't get a job, you can sue them for violation of Fair Employment laws. Some small companies may ask weird stuff, but medium to large corporations have cookie cutter processes to prevent lawsuits.

  2. Unless they name the company, I can only assume it's fake to get clicks. Most anything on Tik Tok are lies and frauds to create outrage to drive clicks. Shame on you for being a gullible dork (but kudos for tricking people to watch your videos for money).
