  1. No one is forcing anyone to get a loan... it's a personal choice. While the terms of these loans are onerous, but at the same time, the risk of these borrowers for these loans are sky high (terrible, atrocious credit risk). What is better... having an option to get an emergency loan, or not being able to have the option? The problem is that most people are taking out these loans not for emergencies, but just squandering it on something stupid.
