The reality is that most jobs, the average worker is only put in about 25%-33% effort, along with about actually working about 33%-40% of the time. So just based on the typical person, putting in about 10% of what they can actually do (100% x 30% x 35% = 10.5%). That's why when someone who is focused and working hard, and putting 85% effort about 75% of the time, they are working 6x the typical worker (and typically the superstar at work). Similarly, that's why management loves AI, robots, and automation... where the robot is working at 100% effort 95% of the time (5% for maintenance downtime)... an effective AI robot is working about 10x average workers.
