  3. The men who meets these older women expectations are out there... but these men want a 20yo woman, not a 30-40yo woman. These successful men don't need a successful woman as they have money, career, looks, but rather someone is pretty, nice, and above all... young. That is the ONE thing these old women cannon offer. These older women are not even looking for a unicorn, they are looking for something that doesn't exist for them.
