She is mentally unstable/sick, and likely hyper clingy... which means she needs "support" equates 24/7 complements and re-assurances telling her she's great, and awesome... and cannot take constructive/self improvement feedback. He must spend 24/7 telling her she's great, and awesome... and cannot take constructive (negative) feedback, otherwise, she'll threaten to self terminate.
