Welcome to how every man has to deal with in America! If you have money, other than wanting to have children, there is no benefit in getting married. If you have money, you can hire someone to take care of you when you are old, and if you want boom-boom, you can hire someone for that too!

@squiggs1002 True. A very good pre-nup is advised, which also plans for children, and split custody (or whatever arrangements you want) up front and child & spousal support. Plan for the worst, but hope for the best.

@squiggs1002 If someone is getting married, something is better than nothing. As for abuse, that has to be documented, and substantiated. It's the risk someone takes.
