  3. ​ @sola_a  I will repeat what I said to the other person: unless the Academy openly admit that they didn't nominate Greta Erwig for directing because she’s a woman, or Margot Robbie for Best Actress solely because she played Barbie, that's just a conspiracy theory Also, what about those who did get nominated for directing and best actress? Don't they deserve some credit all of a sudden?

  8. CODA also had a Best Supporting Actor nominee without any female nods, just saying! And of course we have the infamous instance of Michael Douglas winning Best Actor for "Wall Street" and Daryl Hannah "winning" a Razzie for Worst Supporting Actress
