Comments by "Morgan King" (@MorganKing95) on "Top 10 Bruce Lee Moments" video.
The project began in 1972, but was put on hold after Bruce Lee was offered to star in "Enter the Dragon". Unfortunately, he died before he could return to the project. However, he managed to film some fighting sequences, and Robert Clouse (director of "Enter the Dragon") decided to finish the movie by using those footages (and some stock footages from previous movies) and basing the story around it. It was then released in 1978

He brought martial arts (as well as Chinese culture) to mainstream audiences in the West, set the standard for fighting sequences in movies, gave Asian-Americans some dignity in Western media, invented a prototype MMA through Jeet Kune Do, and was hugely influential when it comes to working out. When you're also someone who dies young in the middle of his prime, and the result is Hollywood exploiting his death and legacy, then of course there are gonna be a lot of people who think he was treated unfairly and should be remembered as a human being and wonderful artist rather than just a commodity

it would have been anti-climatic if he lost to the bad guy, especially since it was a battle to the death
1
no, he didn't. He did kung-fu and founded Jeet Kune Do

Chuck Norris actually said that he could never defeat Bruce Lee. The actor who played the mafia boss in "Way of the Dragon" personally asked him

I've never considered it to be a joke, because it sounds like something people would actually be complaining about, and I agree with it on some videos. Some people also say things like "They're scraping the bottom of the barrel now" I don't know, I'm not so much into jokes that looks like it's meant to be serious, but isn't

+Dragon Its Lit Bruce Lee began filming "Game of Death" in 1972, but put it on hold when he starred in "Enter the Dragon".
