Michael is clearly the lead character in the second movie, but it seems to be a uncertain if it's Michael or Don Vito who is the main character in the first movie; it focuses on Michael's revenge and rise to power, but Don Vito is the title character, the assassination attempt of him is what makes Michael seeking revenge, and much of the conflict of the story is drawn from either the loyalty or disloyalty towards him

  4. I know everybody makes mistakes sometimes, and I usually don't write these kinds of comments, but how hard is it to tell the difference between lead character and lead actor? (I'm mostly talking to everyone who suggests James Bond)
